Who operates Fanvale

Fanvale is provided by PDEVELOP LLC. Contact contact@pdevelop.net for questions or data requests.

Information we store

We store your account name, email address, password hash, recovery-code hash, session records and the business records you choose to enter. These may include fan contact details, marketing consent and evidence, offers, sales, shows, opportunities, expenses and notes. Fanvale and Setlane share your private account and workspace.

How information is used

We use these records to provide account access, synchronize your workspace, calculate the summaries shown in the app, export your records, prevent abuse and respond to support requests. Sales and financial figures are based on your own entries. The current free preview does not collect payments, connect to banks or send marketing messages.

Storage and providers

Our API and database run on Cloudflare Workers and D1. Native session tokens are stored using device secure storage. Web previews use tab session storage. We do not sell fan lists or run advertising trackers in these apps. Information may be processed outside your country through our infrastructure providers.

Sign in with Apple

On supported Apple devices, you may sign in with Apple instead of a password. We store the Apple account identifier and the name and email address Apple makes available, including a private relay address when you choose Hide My Email. Fanvale and Setlane use this identity for their shared account and workspace. Provider credentials used to revoke access are encrypted on our server and are never included in the app. Connecting an existing account requires proof that you control it; matching email addresses alone does not link accounts.

You can manage connected sign-in methods in Account. When you disconnect Apple or delete the shared account, we revoke our app access with Apple. If Apple is temporarily unavailable, encrypted revocation credentials remain only while the server retries the revocation. Deleting the shared account affects both Fanvale and Setlane.

Your choices

You can edit and remove records, export your complete workspace as CSV or JSON, sign out, and delete your shared account in the app. When an account is deleted, its workspace records and active sessions are removed from the live database. Recently deleted data may remain in infrastructure backups until configured retention periods expire. Security rate-limit records expire automatically.

Contact data

Only enter information you are authorized to use. A purchase does not automatically establish marketing permission. The app records the consent status and evidence you provide; it does not verify or obtain consent on your behalf. Contact us for access, correction or deletion requests that cannot be handled in the app.
