Delete your account

In the app

Open Account, choose Delete my account, enter your current password, and confirm Permanently delete my account. This removes the shared Fanvale and Setlane account, contacts, offers, sales records, shows, opportunities, expenses and all active sessions. Export anything you need first.

Without the app

Email contact@pdevelop.net from your account email address and request deletion of your Fanvale/Setlane workspace. We will verify account ownership before acting. Never email your password or recovery code.

What deletion means

Live workspace records are deleted. Infrastructure backups may retain recently deleted data until their configured retention periods expire. Deleting this workspace does not cancel or refund transactions made through other services, and does not delete your separate Dismusic or Pulso accounts.
