Privacy policy

Who provides the service
PDEVELOP LLC provides Dismusic Publishing. For questions about your data or the service, email contact@pdevelop.net.
Current app version
The free catalog release collects account, profile, catalog and security information. It does not offer publishing activation, submissions, royalty collection or payouts. Purchase, submission and royalty information described below applies only to existing service records, if any; those features are not offered in this version.
Data we process and why
- Account and access: email address, account identifier, cryptographically protected password, recovery key and sessions. We use these to authenticate you, restore access and protect your account. The server stores hashes of sessions and recovery keys.
- Author profile: legal name, artist name and, if supplied, collecting society and IPI. We use these to identify the author of your catalog records.
- Catalog: titles, performers, ISWC/ISRC identifiers, notes, writers, ownership shares and declared authorizations. We use these to store your compositions and validate your ownership records. You must have the appropriate authorization to provide a co-writer's data.
- Submissions and messages: submitted versions of compositions, acceptance of terms, statuses, references, supporting records and conversations with the publishing team.
- Purchases and royalties: Apple transaction identifiers and statuses, statements, fees, balances by currency, and payout requests and references. We use these to verify activation and display service activity. The app does not receive your full payment card details.
- Security: operation and error logs, dates and identifiers needed for auditing. The infrastructure receives the IP address of requests; sign-in rate limiting uses an identifier cryptographically derived from that address.
Sign in with Apple
If you choose Apple sign-in, we process Apple’s account identifier, the name and email address Apple shares (including a private relay address), and verified authentication information. You can manage linked sign-in methods in Account. We revoke the Apple authorization when deleting a linked account.
Storage and service providers
Catalog and account data are stored using Cloudflare Workers and D1. On iPhone, the session token is stored in the system keychain. Publishing team members access the information needed to handle submissions and reconcile transactions according to their roles.
Apple processes in-app purchases and refund requests. The service queries Apple to verify transactions and uses RevenueCat to maintain activation status, receive purchase and refund notifications, and analyze service sales. We send RevenueCat the internal account identifier and verified transaction; we do not send your password, email address, profile or catalog. Apple, RevenueCat and Cloudflare may process data in the countries where they operate, under their terms and privacy policies.
The app does not automatically submit your compositions to an external publishing administrator. That process requires review, authorization and a separate agreement. Where applicable, the submission record identifies the administrator and submission reference.
Advertising and tracking
We do not include advertising or tracking across third-party apps and websites. We use the data described here for service features, security and purchase analysis, not targeted advertising.
Retention and deletion
We retain your account, catalog and submissions while they are used to provide the service. You can request deletion through Account → Delete account by confirming your password or reauthenticating with your linked Apple account. Closure deletes the account and its linked data and revokes its sessions. If funds or payouts remain pending, the request is recorded so the team can reconcile the balance before closure. Team operation audit logs may retain minimal references to those operations.
You can also request deletion assistance by emailing contact@pdevelop.net from your account email address. Do not send your password or recovery key. Service providers may retain their own records under their policies.
Access, correction and export
You can view and edit your profile and compositions in the app and export your catalog. For other access, correction or deletion requests, use the contact address above. We will verify account ownership before sharing or changing private information.
Updates and contact
We will publish updates to this policy here with their date. If our handling of your data changes, we will update the service information and store disclosures.
