Caving Stories is operated by PDEVELOP LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of New Mexico, USA (8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Ste A #10481, Albuquerque, NM 87113). This policy covers the Caving Stories Facebook Page, its YouTube channels, its Instagram account and its live streams on Kick.

2. What Caving Stories is

Caving Stories publishes real caving stories, told as animations: rescues and accidents that happened underground.

3. What information is involved

When you comment, react, send a message or chat on those platforms, the platform collects and stores that information and handles it under its own privacy policy. We can see what you write to us or publish there, together with the public name and profile that the platform shows us, and we use it only to read it, reply and moderate our pages.

4. Lead forms

If Caving Stories ever uses a lead form (for example, Lead ads on Facebook or Instagram), we would use only the information you choose to send in that form, and only to reply to you about what you asked. We would not use it for anything else, and you could ask us to delete it at any time.

5. What we do not do

Caving Stories does not sell personal data and does not share it with anyone to sell it.

To ask what information we have from you, or to ask us to delete it, write to contact@pdevelop.net from the email address or with the profile name involved, so we can find it. Content you published on a platform can also be deleted by you there, using that platform's own tools.
